I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Bridgestone Americas (Graniteville, SC) in Jul 2012
Interview
2 seperate interviews with 2 and 3 member panels. Each interview took approximately 30 minutes. I was asked questions mainly relating to safety and worlk ethics. Panels consisted of crew leaders and they were very friendly and accomadating. They answered any questions I had for them concerning shifts, training and approximate start date if I was selected. About 2 days after the interview I received an email letting me know I was successful in the interview and would be contacted with further details about my physical, background check, drug test, plant tour and hire date.
