Initial phone screening with HR followed by 2 interviews with supervisor and director. They were kind and professional, and asked an array of questions based on experience, career trajectory, and professional development interests.

Quick and to the point! Screening with HR then one in person interview. I met with multiple people in the department at once. I don't think it last more than an hour. The HR screening was pretty basic and mainly made sure I was okay with salary range.

Interview
Very informal. I interviewed with my direct manager on a Tuesday, met the program director for a brief discussion (not position based) and was offered a job by that Friday.
