One hour phone interview, mostly background on position. Invited to campus for 2.5 hours of interviews and then gave 20 minute presentation on career topic. It was a very positive experience and I liked everyone I spoke with.

It was informal. I reached out to the professor, rather than university. We had some preliminary phone calls and email exchanges. I traveled to Boston to give a presentation and was given the position. My travel was reimbursed.
