Boston Consulting Group Senior Associate interview questions

Two case interview rounds followed by a HR round to test cultural fit. Each case interview round was of different level of difficulty. The first one was a simple guestimate kind of interview and the second one was a detailed case. Structure , problem solving and ability to communicate clearly was tested.

3 rounds with 3 different partners. All three rounds were majorly focused on case solving and some time was spent on behavioural questions. Prior to these rounds on the final day, there were regular case calls with the buddy from BCG assigned by the organisation.
