Boston Consulting Group Events and Project Manager (contractor) interview questions

Recruiter + 3 Rounds. Fairly standard screening with a recruiter. Meet with 2 managers at the company to discuss their project. Team had very mixed needs and did not seem to have alignment for what the role would be specifically doing. More of an assistant however, higher leadership seemed to want a thought leader rather than operations support.
