2 one-on-one interviews back to back, took 1.5 hours. 5 minutes of general fit questions (impact, best accomplishment, high-pressure situation), then case study, then questions per interview. Format was the same for both interviews. Case studies involved some costs calculation, break-even point, profits, revenues. Thought it went alright, but messed up quant part.

Initial Assessment/ Exam + 2 rounds of case interviews (2 ~45 minutes case interviews in each round). Was also assigned to a BCGer (someone who works at BCG to help during the process).
