I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Boston Consulting Group in Mar 2021
Interview
2 hour coding round- rather straightforward
1 45 min data science case interview
1 45 min business case interview
3 45 min data science case interview
You need to get a yes from every person throughout the process. I think that although knowing your stats/ML is important, that will not be the ultimate factor in getting an offer. You have to be good at explaining what you're doing and having that "consultant" presence about you.

Coding challenge, then soft skills which i did not get to. Coding challenge was online timed in a third party tool. Not very hard but needed more time and didnt move quick enough.
The process includes six stages: HR screening, CodeSignal online assessment, basic pandas and data science case interview, followed by three business case interviews focused on practical problem-solving and business impact.
