First step interview with a Principal: some questions about my studies and professional background, then a business case. After that, a computer based test with questions about strategical decisions concerning an airline company.
Challenging, especially the test, because time is really short.

Analyze complex graphs with a lot of specific terms in a very short time
3x case interviews, interviewee led, questions about experience and relevant background, always dig deeper to understand details eg on leadership experience. Cases vary all the time, need to ne ready for anything. Thinking js rewarded
Case interview about merger and acquisition
Was medium difficulty has a lot of brainstorming and analytical elements
Required quick thinking structuring and deep analysis to really ace it easily
Practice is def mandatory and failure to do so will lead to failure

Prova GMAT+ Case + inglês seguida de duas rodadas de duas case interview. Entrevistas bem desafiadoras e exigentes já que o entrevistador somente responde suas perguntas e não dá muitas informações sobre o case.
