Interview
There were two rounds of interviews with two partners at BCG. Each lasted about 30 minutes. The first one-third of both rounds went into discussing my background and motivation to join management consulting. This was followed by a 20-minute case interview in both rounds. The interviewers were very pleasant in both these conversations.

Interview
Staff was friendly and information was provided about interviewers upon arrival. Associates greeted us. One of my interviewers was almost 30 minutes late and the front desk left before validating my parking - logistics could have been smoother. Feedback was not given if don't progress through next round, even though they pride themselves on feedback culture.
