Interview
Standard case interview. These were held over zoom. You'll find that McKinsey, BCG, and Bain all have slightly different interview styles. BCG definitely focuses on a candidate-led/driven case style (unlike McKinsey and to some extent Bain). These means that you really need to ask specific, probing questions. At the same time, be sure to balance trying to feel out the direction your interviewer is going in with your own intuition about the case.
