Two rounds: first round consists of two interviews and analytical test. Interviews 40 minutes each (50/50 personal fit and case). Challenging cases, esp. with regards to the time constraints. However, very professional and pleasant interviewers

Interview
Two rounds:
1st round consisted of one online case with a chatbot plus a live case (~30 min) and interpersonal interview (~15 min) with a PL.
2nd round consisted of two live cases (~30 min ea.) and interpersonal interviews (~15 min ea.) with MDPs.
Live cases are all interviewee-led. You've got to drive it all the way through!

Question 1
Interpersonal portion is pretty easy as long as you don't get nervous and act crazy. The usual "why consulting," "examples of leadership," "time you failed," etc.
You have to prep for the cases, though. Definitely run through at least 5-10 cases before your interviews.
It was Challenging but rewarding. Very similar to management consulted cases; pay attention to charts when prepping! Practice practice as much as you can, it will definitely build confidence and make it easier to get to your final recommendation.
