I got the 1R interview --- didn't do well because I'm not used to the online casey chatbox format. Only got a 25min live behavioral + online case without any real-live cases with consultants.

in behavioral, the interviewer did not ask about why consulting & why firm. Asked about experiences regarding setting up a goal and achieving it
