Very thorough with two interviews at each stage until you get to the partner interview. The partner interview is very difficult. I would recommend reading Pyramid Principles before the interview and sharpen your communication

1st Round Digital Case Study for graduate associate position. Involved basic maths and qualitative questions but was tricky under the time pressure. Would advise preparing like you would for a real case study.
