Interview
I was what you would call "ghosted" during the interview process. I was informed that the recruiter that I was communicating with was "leaving BCG" and that was the last time I heard back from anyone after 2 rounds of interviewing. I sent 2 follow up emails and called but no one communicated with me that I did not get the position. Truly unprofessional from a well-known company as BCG and I was very disappointed with the lack of communication. They sent me a follow up survey months later and that is how I ultimately found out I didn't get the job.

Interview
Had an initial screening zoom call with the head of the department, then a recruiter contacted me a few weeks later. They asked preliminary questions and offered more specifics about the salary, benefits, culture, etc. They were definitely trying to get a feel for your commitment level/enthusiasm for the company/role.
