Review of Boomi – Disappointing Recruitment Experience - I recently had the unfortunate experience of going through the recruitment process with Boomi and to say it was a waste of time and effort would be an understatement. The recruiter was completely unprofessional—there was little to no communication and I was left in the dark throughout the entire process. From the start it felt like they had no real interest in engaging with candidates. The recruiter seemed disengaged uninterested and frankly like she didn’t even want to be there. If this is how they treat candidates during the hiring process, I can only imagine what working there would be like. A company’s recruitment experience is often a reflection of its internal culture, and based on this, I would be extremely cautious about considering Boomi as a potential employer. It’s one thing to not move forward with a candidate, but basic professionalism and courtesy should be a given. A simple update, clear expectations, or even a timely response would have made a difference. Instead, I was left chasing for information and feeling completely undervalued. If you’re considering applying to Boomi be prepared for a frustrating and disappointing experience.
