A technical discussion with two senior engineers, followed by a competency interview with two senior managers. Technical discussion focused around opinions on technologies and outlining approaches to previous solutions. Competency discussion focused on presenting a previous solution in a simple and accessible way followed by a discussion on leadership and management techniques
