I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booking.com (Ámsterdam) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview process seemed very straightforward enough for me. I applied through the Booking.com careers website and a month later, got an interview request to chat to the Recruiter.
Following the recruiter, I had a 30 min chat with the Hiring Manager two days later. It was a simple enough process because I realised that the job the Hiring Manager described wasn't one I'd be interested -- luckily the [lack of] fit was mutual on both sides.
I didn't make it to the last 3 rounds:
- 2 x Product Craft
- Director/VP Fit
Luckily for me, the experience wasn't horrible -- very respectful. The [expected] rejection came a week later -- and outlined a few reasons too.
They were very helpful throughout the process and sent me a guideline email with clear instructions and important details. This made everything easier to understand and helped me know exactly what steps to take next.
Great, They asked some simple question about my experience and after each part some follow up question. That is important you have some example and use STAR method to answer. I am waiting for result.

The application procedure is straightforward. You submit your documents first, then go through an initial screening. After that, you complete the first two interviews, followed by an assessment and an assessment interview. Once all stages are finished, you receive a final decision or offer.
