Submitted application online. First round was a call with a recruiter confirming work experience and examples linked to the role. Second round was a timed 1 hour Excel test which would have moved onto 2 more interviews apparently.

The first step is a video interview with the Human Resources department, during which they will briefly explain how well the position matches your expertise. The next step is to schedule a further interview with the finance manager, which will take one to two weeks.

firstly, HR call and informal chat on the role and salary expectation.
secondly, complete an excel test. it is a business case but you need to use some excel skills such as vlookup, sumifs, trends etc
