Boeing System Engineer interview questions

Interview was over the computer with the hiring manager and another member of the engineering team. The interview follows the STAR method and is very formal. Total process took about a month from first email response to decision on job offer.

STAR method. Make sure you use this method to answer the interview questions. It is a structured way for questioning. Mine was over the phone with a total of maybe 10 questions. There were at least 3 others listening to the call and asking questions.
