Very lengthy process that took several weeks to go through each stage. One on the phone and two in person interviews. HR contacts you with job offer. You only have a few days to accept offer.

Interview quests were canned and scripted. Interviewers instructed to stay with pre-selected questions. If you do more than one interview, you will become familar with them. More daring interviewers would not be intimidated by the mandate to stick to the script.
