I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2013
Interview
Interview with 2 managers and a technical lead. The overall experience was a bit stressful because they asked to provide specific details for each answer. Some of the questions were rather long so it would be good to bring a piece of paper to write. At the end, all notes must be given to the interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked behavioral questions. For example, describe a time that you had a hard time with another co-worker, what did you do and what was the result?
They did not ask any technical questions. The interview was more to get a feel for my personality and how I would fit at Boeing. They did not ask anything too difficult or anything that required much preparation for in advance. As long as you have worked reasonably hard at school and previous work, and have not messed up too badly, you should be fine in this interview as far as I can tell.

Question 1
They asked about previous work experience and how I did.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Boeing (North Charleston, SC) in Sep 2014
Interview
The interview process is very relaxed and laid back. They request business casual dress, but I always recommend business professional. They emphasize the S.T.A.R.(Situation, Task, Action, Result) approach to answering behavioral questions. The interview is mildly technical and there may be a group interview to display teamwork skills.
