Boeing Procurement Agent interview questions

First an interview of canned questions, and you wonder if anyone is listening, because they don't respond, clarify or ask any questions. You are supposed to structure your answers STAR Situation, Target, Action and Result. If you don't stick to the structure they will keep asking you to go back and answer again.

I received the interview invitation 2 weeks later when I applied to the position and the interview was conducted via Zoom. There were 4 behavioral questions. The interviewee must have to follow STAR method as the interviewer requested. The interview process was not so much conversational but a bit serious. I got the result about 2-3 weeks later from HR team.
