I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing in Oct 2007
Interview
I was called about a job I applied for in Saudi Arabia. Due to the location of the job, I was interviewed via telephone by the hiring supervisor. He asked basic aircraft specific questions dealing with systems and checks done on a regular daily basis. He was trying to get a feel for my background and experience. The questions were straight forward and simple such as what types of inspections have I performed on certain engines, or what kinds of maintenance have I performed routinely on an aircraft.

Question 1
What types of inspections/maintenance have I performed on aircraft engines?
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in May 2009
Interview
Interviewing with Boeing was a very pleasant experience. Although I submitted my application over 6 months prior to ever hearing back from anyone, the process ran very smoothly from the initial call back for an interview. The interview was rather relaxed as they try to get to know more about you and ask if you have any questions for them. As for the technical aspects of the interview, there were really only three questions. I can't remember exactly what they were but be ready to give stories or examples of how you are a leader, adabtable to change etc....
