The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Everett, WA) in Oct 2011
Interview
Applied via university career website, received a call from Boeing to schedule an on-campus interview. The interview was with three Boeing employees. They asked five questions. You're expected to answer their question using the STAR structure - situation, solution, and results. They take notes as you answer your questions, their notes are actually arranged in three columns for the STAR structure. All five questions are behavioral, so the best way to deal with them is to prepare several stories in advance and match your stories with a given situation. You get a call the next day whether you move on or not.

Interview
Went for an interview a while back and was asked about 5 structured questions. Questions like ‘Describe a situation where you to deal with a difficult customer, explain what steps you took and the outcome’. While you are answering the questions, the 2 people interviewing you, someone from HR department and your prospective immediate boss will be writing down your answers onto a pre-filled out interview form. You don’t get to see what was written down. After the structured interview component of the interview, you get to ask whatever questions you want. The interview atmosphere was business-like and somewhat stiff. There was no personality questions asked during the interview.
