I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boeing
Interview
The entire process was very quick, I definitely found out why they called it accelerated. I got a phone call on a Saturday to schedule an interview for the upcoming Tuesday, and I received the offer that Wednesday.
The interview itself was structured, and prompted from a standardized sheet of questions. I was directed to provide background, content, and outcome for every situation I was asked about. Basically, they asked me to share a time when I did x, y, or z, and I was to pull from my resume to answer the question. There were three interviewers, and they took turns asking questions.

Question 1
The questions weren't difficult if you know yourself and know your resume. They chose to focus on times where I worked on a team, solved a difficult analytical problem, etc.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2012
Interview
Submitted resume during university's career fair. Had on-campus 1:1 interview the day after submitting. Next step was an on-campus group interview (with 4 other candidates) where we had to come up with a way to address a problem presented in a case study. We had to work together and I think this was to see how candidates work with others in a team environment. Heard back a week or two later with offer. Pretty straightforward and was easy. Mostly behavioral questions.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing in Apr 2013
Interview
Interviewees were flown out to SC the evening before the interview. The interview process took an entire day, with different groups interviewing at different times. The first interview was a structured interview where you were asked about your experiences by two employees (one in HR and one in technology). The second was a group interview in which you were asked to solve a company problem.
