Applied online via Boeing's website, was contacted via email to fill out both functional and geographic preferences, called and did an initial phone screening, called again to ask me a few questions, received notice I would be doing an interview (STAR format), did the interview (~45 minutes, phone, very nice, typical STAR questions), about 2 weeks later received a call asking me 3 more questions, and then 2 weeks after that received an offer.
**I applied in the beginning of September and had an offer by later October

In reading up tips online, I continuous revised and enhanced my resume in order to get a full time position. About two weeks after applied I received a call for a phone interview on Sat. It was two individual who were nice and cordial.

I submitted my initial application/ resume through the Boeing website. I met the initial qualifications and was called for a face to face interview. I was required to add additional infor to my initial resume prior to the face to face interview. During the interview I was asked 9 questions using the S.T.A.R. type model
