Boeing interview questions

Initial recruiter screening going over background fit, salary expectations, etc. Interview with Manager, Lead, and additional team member Final Offer Interview followed STAR format (you can find this on Boeing site) No curveballs, but depends on team dynamic, manager, etc.

The process was odd - I applied, then received an email with questions, then was asked to interview with a panel (in-person). No phone screen with a recruiter or anything. I had some initial questions I sent back via email. I received no response, so I declined the interview.
