Question 1
The management interaction and your behavior in a specific situation
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boeing (Bengaluru) in Oct 2025
Interview
Had an interview with the worst ever and impatient panel, gave questions like reverse string, swap numbers without using extra space (panel wasnt aware of (a,b)=(b,a)) in c# , shows the experience of the panel anyways after all of this gave some string manipulation related random coding questions, didnt give any time to complete, just kept interrupting unnecessarily as if decision has already been made and really no use writting the whole thing, such arrogance imagine coming from a panel who themselves were not sure much of code, reverse string I did s=c+s and panel got confused, imagine their level. In the end gave another coding question and didnt even let me complete. The interviewer was in so much hurry for lunch didnt even let me complete the code and said okay we re done and left.

Standard behavioral interview with a good backdrop of mechanical engineering and the teamworking aspect/ leadership often required from working in this field. This interview was specifically for the rotational program, so maybe that's why that was emphasized more.
