Boeing interview questions

The hiring process is slow but once you get your interview date things move faster. The interview process is very situational using the STAR approach. Be able to answer questions regarding difficult or challenging situations at former employment and how you handled the situation(s).

Called for a phone screen and then scheduled for 2 rounds of interviewing with the manager and the team. It was standard STAR/story telling questions. It was clear the manager was new to her role and not prepared to interview which l found shocking.
