I recently interviewed at Boeing, and the process was thorough. It started with a phone screen with HR, followed by an online technical assessment. Next, I had a technical interview with the hiring manager focused on my experience and problem-solving skills, using the STAR method for behavioral questions. This was followed by a panel interview with team members. The process took a few weeks, with clear communication throughout. After the interviews, there was a background check before receiving a job offer. Overall, it was well-structured and focused on both skills and fit

EAHI Hire, no technical. Pretty much you need to get elected from the career fair for EAHI. After that pretty easy process. They just ask you to go over your resume and then answer questions about hypothetical engineering challenges. No coding interview or anything too difficult.
