I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (Huntington Beach, CA) in Dec 2013
Interview
Their structured interview process sucks. They ask mostly behavior questions (like how did you work remotely with at diverse group), and some open ended technical question (like What's your favorite language). I found that most of the questions did not even address anything from the job description. It is really a random process. Their process is not a good way to filter out good technical skilled person. If you are a good salesman, you in.

Interview
Initial interview was by the recruiter who told me the process and the salary range. It was followed by tech interview. The tech interview was mix of technical questions, past experience, and logic.

Interview
Interesting interview process— the initial interview round was a behavioral/culture fit type interview and didn’t seem to mind that I had never worked with Java before. I would have been leading a team that was based in India.

Question 1
Various generic enough MBA-type questions that sounded like they had been crafted by Deloitte or some HR consulting company.
Interview with HR and a panel interview with team members and management. Questions were mostly behavioral questions around past experience and project work and how it relates to the team and the work they do.
