I applied at a Career fair, and talked to a recruiter in person. Next day interview and then no response. Offer and selection took several months. Hiring managers review a group of resumes, and select who they want to extend an offer to.

Regular STAR questions, and questions about previous internship experiences.
It was a panel inteview with 3 different interviews. All of them were very friendly and laid back. Focused on behavioral questions and less focused on technical. Walked through my resume and went more in depth on each project/experience

Entry level role. Was told it was going to be two interviewers, one showed up and asked basic STAR questions, no technical questions. Mainly discussed past projects and behaviorial questions.
