I applied online through the portal and got an email a few weeks later to request for an interview. We set up a structural panel interview over the phone. There were 5 people on the panel. They asked me many behavioral questions and some technical questions when I discussed my former experiences.

Just had an initial screening to make sure I was qualified and able to work in the US. Then I did an online interview which was mostly behavioral and went over my resume.

Interviewed at a Society of Women Engineers convention, great interview but very competitive process. Felt like I learned a lot about the company culture and was excited about the work opportunities.

Previous project experience throughout my time in college
a few non technical questions. no technical ones. not that bad. also resume walk through. nice people and non stressful environment. Just answer the questions and you'll be fine. Dont think about it too hard
