I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boeing (New York, NY) in Apr 2019
Interview
Received a response for an interview pretty quickly (2 days after applying - guess I am that amazing ;).
The interview itself was almost ludicrously mechanical and monotonous. All questions were premeditated in the sense that the interviewer would consult a paper as she asked me the questions. Very formal indeed.
With Boeing the questions are almost always situational - what would you do; instead of those maudlin questions like “what is your weakness” and its ilk.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Boeing in Sep 2018
Interview
I talked with Boeing at a University Career Fair and was told to apply online for one of their internship positions. I was contacted by Boeing several days later for a phone interview several days later. The interviewers were pleasant to talk to and was a basic STAR interview. I have yet to hear back since my interview, so I am assuming I will not receive an offer for a summer internship position.
