The process itself was fine, personable with a presentation and competency-based questions, but post-interview follow-up was terrible. I had to chase twice for the outcome and was passed around twice to different departments. Having been told I missed out due to another candidate's skills being better suited (standard) I was then contacted to say the successful candidate had pulled out and would I consider going through an interview 'lite'...which I agreed to. After being told they would be in touch with the next steps, I never heard from them again.
