Applied online, got a phone call a few days later, interviewed with the hiring manager and was invited for an onsite interview right away. Interview went well, but their attitude changed at the end of the interview, they said they had an internal candidate who has applied for the position. A month later, this brand new position (really hard to fill by other companies) disappeared from their website. Shortly after, they posted a principal scientist position.
Very unprofessiona! I wouldn't have relocated to the middle of nowhere, in a rural area with banch of managers from Kansas City anyway!
6 interviews with HR, hiring manager, and individuals team members. Typical interview questions, very conversational style throughout interview process. No major curveballs - a balance of technical question, strategy and people skills questions
Overall, the process was streamlined and well structured. The interview panel were friendly and professional. I had interviewed for a remote position, therefore I had no requirement to be in the office or relocation, but in some other functional areas, depends on the requirements to be onsite, there might be questions regarding location.

I applied online. I received an email from the Boehringer Ingelheim Human Resources Department after 4 days to arrange a phone interview. Note to answer, Glassdoor questions if I get an offer, is too early to say. It was an initial phone interview. I am expecting feedback from HR within next two weeks.
