Interview
Fairly short hiring process. There is a phone screen. You are then interviewed by the hiring manager. There may be a second interview with the same manager and an additional manager. If chosen, you will be sent to the Regional Director. Usually a sign-off.

das Gespräch war in Ordnung, der Interviewpartner stellte keine Fragen, die nicht zu beantworten waren. Auch die Gesprächsatmosphäre war angenehm und entspannt. Alles in allem hat sich das Unternehmen fair und ansprechend präsentiert.
Zoom call. Two managers keeping it mostly friendly with simple background questions. There were repeat questions on how you would handle disagreements with co-workers or managers. They wanted an example from a previous job on that topic.
