Application: Online application, then quickly followed with an initial call with HR, then a call with hiring manager and more individuals. Interview Discussion with the business side – It was pleasant, informative, and very professional. Unfortunately, communications with HR were difficult and disappointing. My experience echoes comments from a previous candidate (March 2011). - Communication and process are not satisfying. calls and emails were not always answered, while key essential information was missing or not always accurate. Not a smooth experience. - The HR representatives were nice but the HR interviewer did not know much about the role and used a forceful style to get answers to questions requiring her to communicate more about the role. Even if I asked for such clarifications, she carried on pushing without providing any additional information. - I received a demand for feedback before I received an automatic rejection email. I asked for feedback and BI refused to provide any.
