I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Ridgefield, CT) in Nov 2009
Interview
The interviews consisted of two, 2:1 half hour interviews. The first of which was very pleasant and conversational with people from Marketing (the good cops). The second 2:1 interview was with two people from HR (the bad cops). The 2nd interviewers would ask a question, then pretend to be disinterested while I answered their questions. They would break eye-contact, examine their fingernails, look out the window, or drink their water. It was strange, but I also realize that I was the last interviewee of 8 candidates that day.
The online application is probably the most cumbersome online form I've ever seen too. They should get rid of that system. They ask for amazing details like everywhere I've lived in the last seven years (which is quite a bit for me).

Interview
My glassdoor is in German while I don’t speak this language very well and I can’t seem to change it. Anyway, I suppose it’s about the interview process. The interviews were quite classic, mainly with hiring manager and the head of the department. Quite laid back. Classic questions about past experience and what we expect from the new job.
