Took 4 months, multiple rounds of phone/virtual/in person interviews with many different levels of employees. Exact next steps were never clear. Overall, very nice people and communicative HR department despite lack of transparency.
initial call with HR, follow up call with hiring manager then a follow up with more individuals on the team, then I got a standard email rejection, that was all

Recruiter, then hiring manager, panels, Director and Executive Director. Thoughtful questions, quite long. Some interviewers need practice. Overall, just an experience that could remove some layers and unnecessary people from the process.
