I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim (Ridgefield, CT)
Interview
First I was contacted by a p from HR to schedule a phone interview. The next week two senior scientists interviewed me about 30 minutes. In the interview, they mainly asked questions regarding my resume and asked my experiences in using some key instruments. No behavioral questions.
A phone call and then a powerpoint presentation in person along with an in person interview with two members of the team I would be working. It took in total about a month before hearing anything
I applied online. I interviewed at Boehringer Ingelheim in Jan 2026
Interview
There were 4 separate interviews. Two scientists and two managers. The interviews with the managers were quite easy. They provided a description of the role and some information about the company, and asked job-specific and behavioural questions. Heard back after two weeks
