Initial call with internal recruiter. Telephone interview with team lead and member of current team, looking to understand motivations for application and brief overview of skills and experience. Second call with internal recruiter. In-person interview with team lead and head of related department, covering a 90-day plan, "strengths based assessment" (which ultimately seemed to be a rapid-fire competency-based interview) and case study. Due to bad weather closing the office, I was unfortunately unable to get to meet the team, which was a shame as the rest of the experience felt very impersonal and uninspiring. Despite being promised feedback and expenses payment, neither of these were given even after follow-up messages.
