Very common process with rounds of interviews, nothing remarkable to share except that it took a long time for all the scheduling, likely due to the holiday season and people taking time off.

Not good. Applied internally. Got a response e-mail about 2 months later saying they obtained my inquiry. Then approx 2 weeks later I get an e-mail saying I'm not qualified which was bogus. This company is very shady when it comes to its hiring practices.They like to hire from within and if you're a contractor with them, might as well find another company.
Skype, 30min, informal and friendly. I didn't spend that much time talking about my academics but rather focused on my experience and language skills. The interviewer was talkative and he provided good information about the company.
