Interviewed almost three years ago. Interview wasn't too hard and very straight forward. Initially interviewed with 2 managers for one hour. Was moved forward and met with Regional. Offered the job, pending background check. Background check was conducted by an outside co. I was asked to provide three reference. I gave three previous DMs. Each of them were called!
