I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Apron
Interview
I applied online and got a reply almost instantly to do online interviews on a platform called Take the Interview. The process went by fairly quickly from there until the final interviews where I had to meet with several people from the recruitment team. Everyone was super friendly and I enjoyed the interviews. However, it took them almost a week for them to get back to me with a rejection by email that I felt was not very constructive/personalized, especially for going all the way to the final interviews.

What is one thing you don't like about your current job?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Apron (Jersey City, NJ) in Aug 2015
Interview
Fun, Quick, Long. Nice group setting in major hotel. Staff were helpful and high energy. Very well organized. Free lunch at the group setting was a nice surprise. They were very detailed in asking if you can work in a warehouse environment so there was full disclosures that some jobs require you to be in cold climate
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blue Apron (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was really smooth and well-planned. I met with 1-2 recruiters at a time, and I really saw a great team effort in making sure I was well attended to. The interview was meant to be held in another room, but they were quick on their feet and things worked out in the end. Everyone was friendly (some more than others), and the environment was extremely relaxed and comfortable.
