      I applied online. I interviewed at Blue Apron in Feb 2016

      Interview

      I submitted my resume through LinkedIn and I received a prompt response from someone in HR. We worked swiftly to schedule a 10-15 minute phone interview. Come the day of the interview, I was waiting for at least 30 minutes and I received no phone call from the company. I didn't get an email informing me that they would be running late or would like to reschedule. Instead, they only reached out after I had emailed asking if they were still available to talk. I rescheduled the initial phone interview and that went fine. They told me they would reach out in the next couple days if I made it to the second round - which I did. I scheduled the second phone interview and come the day of the interview, the hiring manager sent me an email saying her day was running behind and asked if we could reschedule. I suggested a later time for the same day and they said they would "let me know". The later time had arrived and I still haven't received an email letting me know if they are still available or not so I sent them an email asking if they are still available to talk. I set aside time just in case they would call, but I received no phone call, no email, nothing. I sent them an email asking if we could reschedule for another time. I still haven't received an email to reschedule my phone interview. I am extremely unhappy about this interview process. I am still currently working at my job so it looks unprofessional of me to leave for periods of time during work hours. It is also very unprofessional of Blue Apron to treat interviews like this. I was very excited to be considered a candidate for this company but now I would rather not work for them.
