I submitted my cover letter and resume online and heard back from the recruiting office within a couple of days. We set up a 30 min phone interview quickly; and I was asked for an in person within two business days; and had a final in person a couple days after that. In person interviews were initially three 30 min interviews; second round had two 30 min interviews.
