After my initial application, I quickly heard back from Blue Apron to do an introductory interview. I went to an easy-to-use website and video taped responses to a few questions. I heard back the next day and then was scheduled for a video call with an operations director. I don't think it went well given that I started debating the essence of operations with my interviewer, but I can't be sure. I have not heard anything back in the 3 weeks since the interview. Have sent three unanswered follow up emails. Very disappointed in the lack of communication. Simply telling me no is fine. Be transparent and polite.
