5 way process..it was first aptitude,then gd, then logical reasoning,n then hr interview and staory creation ...it was an on campus interview in our college so it si so easy to join there

Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter 2 weeks later. Had an interview with hiring manager, witch was a pleasant conversation, she was asking about my background, past projects, fit to a role and team. Then I had a chat with hr person, it also was a nice 30 mins conversation. After that however they got quiet… I followed with recruiter twice, but no response. Then after a month and a half I received an automatic email with rejection.
The interview process was short. I applied online. Received a phone interview call after a week. The phone interview was the first and final round. The interviewer emphasized that resume is good with more experience in comparison to role requirements
