I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Biogen (Research Triangle Park, NC)
Interview
Had to interview through kelly staffing, then with biogen. Then after working there 1.5 years, had to interview for the job I already had been doing to move to full time. It was me vs several other contractors that had all been working there for only a couple full time positions.

Question 1
Lots of general questions and one guy even grilled me and asked about parts of the process I never got to see and even asked chemistry questions like definition of pH and isoelectric points of ionic chromatography
On-site Interview, question about maintaining cell lines and generic behavioral questions. Relatively easy interview with several managers and HR. After the interview, within the week received a call back from them.
They will ask questions about diversity and inclusion. Be prepared to give real world scenarios for every question asked. The questions they ask they are assessing if you are a fast learner and if you will fit well with the teams.
